What we manufacture

Our two core plastic manufacturing processes are plastic injection moulding and plastic extrusion, both delivered at scale from dedicated UK facilities.

Our injection moulding capability covers components from small precision parts through to large structural assemblies, with clamping forces from 35 to 1,000 tonnes across a wide range of thermoplastics. We also offer overmoulding, insert moulding, tooling transfer and a full range of secondary operations for manufacturers looking to consolidate or reshore production.

Our extrusion capability covers custom plastic profiles and sections produced to tight tolerances across 32 lines at our North Wales sites. We work with a range of polymers and serve sectors including construction, electrical and industrial manufacturing.

Goodfish operates from four UK sites, giving customers multi-site resilience and the capacity to scale.

Goodfish Cannock

Head office, Staffordshire. Plastic injection moulding, 12 machines, 50 to 1,000 tonnes. Warehousing, secondary operations and assembly.

Goodfish Powell & Harber

Worcester. Plastic injection moulding, 16 machines, 35 to 270 tonnes. Secondary operations including printing and assembly. IATF 16949 certified.

Goodfish North West

St Asaph, North Wales. 138,651 sq ft facility. Plastic injection moulding and extrusion. Fabrication, assembly, printing and warehousing.

Goodfish Flint

Flint, North Wales. Plastic extrusion, 16 lines. 89,000 sq ft facility.

What plastic manufacturing processes does Goodfish offer?

Goodfish specialises in two core processes: plastic injection moulding and plastic extrusion. We also offer a range of secondary operations including assembly, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, printing and pressure testing. For manufacturers looking to consolidate supply, we can support tooling transfer and reshoring projects.

Where are your UK manufacturing sites?

We operate four UK sites: Cannock in Staffordshire (head office), Powell & Harber in Worcester, Goodfish North West in St Asaph, North Wales, and Goodfish Flint in Flint, North Wales. Between them our sites cover injection moulding, extrusion, fabrication, assembly and warehousing.
