We apply rigorous quality control measures at every stage of production. CMM inspection and laser scanning ensure that components meet precise tolerances, while inline testing helps to detect and prevent defects early in the process.
Our facility is equipped with a range of plastic injection moulding machines from 35 tonnes to 1000 tonnes, so you can get parts moulded as small as 5 grams and as large as 4 kg. This range provides flexibility in production, allowing us to meet the needs of various industries and applications.
We can mould components using almost any thermoplastic material, allowing customers to choose the most suitable option for their specific application. Some commonly used materials include:
Durable and impact-resistant, commonly used in automotive and consumer products.
High strength and transparency, suitable for protective and optical components.
Lightweight and tough, perfect for automotive components and industrial applications.
Strong and wear-resistant, ideal for gears and structural parts.
Flexible and moisture-resistant, used in tubing and containers.
