Extrusion Tooling
We can confidently deliver a large range of profile extrusion mold tools thanks to our in-house tooling capabilities. Our professional engineers have a lot of experience with plastic extrusion tooling and can provide you with a complete tool production and maintenance solution. In our workshop, dies are designed, produced, and optimised on-site for the production of precise, high-quality, customised extrusions.
To ensure high-quality plastic extrusion moulding production, profile dies are wire eroded. Customer dies are manufactured of high-chrome steel to ensure long-term durability and are only kept for repeat orders.
