John McDonald

Financial markets background for the past 35 years, initially in equity research and fund management, both in the UK and USA. John co-founded the innovative LSE-listed investment trust BACIT, which merged with Syncona Partners (investment arm of Wellcome Trust) in 2016.
Mark Webber
Managing Director of family-owned Tinsley Bridge Group, a Sheffield-based engineering business which was part of British Steel before becoming the subject of an MBO by the Webber family in 1987. Specialisms include manufacture of machine knives (Tyzack), commercial vehicle anti-roll and stabiliser components, and specialist fabrication for nuclear, defence, oil & gas, rail and large construction projects.
Stephen Georgiadis
Co-founder of Altium Capital (M&A Advisory arm of Apax Partners) in 1983. Stephen was part of the MBO team which acquired Altium in 1999. Altium was then merged with GCA Savvian in 2016 to form GCA Altium, a mid-market investment banking advisory group. Stephen left GCA Altium in 2020 and is now Chairman of Epic Investment Partners’ Advisory & Placements business.
