We operate three UK injection moulding facilities in Cannock, Worcester and St Asaph. Each site is equipped with high-volume moulding machines, in-house tool maintenance and a range of secondary services including assembly, printing and warehousing. This setup allows us to scale production quickly, maintain consistent quality and provide manufacturers with a dependable UK injection moulding partner.
Based in the West Midlands, our Cannock facility spans 20,000 sq. ft. It houses 12 injection moulding machines ranging from 50T to 1000T and includes warehousing, secondary operations and assembly services.
Located in Worcester, our Powell & Harber site operates from a 20,000 sq. ft facility. It runs 16 injection moulding machines ranging from 35T to 270T and provides secondary operations, printing and assembly.
Located in St Asaph, our North West site spans 138,651 sq. ft. It runs 21 injection moulding machines from 35T to 500T and offers secondary operations, warehousing, fabrication, assembly and tool maintenance within a fully equipped tool room.
